Welcome home!
I’m so glad you’ve found HAI House, a dream that continues to blossom and came from my own journey of healing and integration.
All of our paths are unique, and we all require different methods and degrees of release and support in order to carry through our intentions. In my own journey, I have found different combinations of somatic release, heart opening, movement, plant teachers, meditation, and social interactions that best support my path. Along the way, I’ve realized that it’s not always easy to find the support systems we need, especially in a city environment when things can quickly get overshadowed by intense energy and past programming. HAI House’s mission is to create pathways for each of us to hear the wisdom of our bodies, which will ultimately lead us through our own unique journeys of healing and integration.
A born and raised New Yorker currently living in Brooklyn with a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology, I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts degree at the Spirituality, Mind, Body Institute of Teacher’s College, Columbia University in the Counseling and Clinical Psychology program.
I am a trauma-informed, somatic-oriented practitioner specializing in supporting others in methods of personal development and expansion via the “How To Hear Yourself” process. I am also trained in psychedelic-informed harm reduction, integration, and trip sitting via the Psychedelics Today VITAL program and MAPS’-sponsored Zendo Project, a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, Reiki Master, and most importantly, hold a deep honor for indigenous plant traditions and practices, studying specifically in the Shipibo-Conibo shamanic lineage of Peru. I am honored to open spaces of community connection as a facilitator and steward.
HAI House is currently vigilantly fundraising to open our first location in Brooklyn as well as offering weekly group circles and opportunities for community-based healing and integration including group therapies, energy work, mindful social events, ceremony, and more.
